ONE is here to connect our customers to the outdoors. Part of that is to ensure you are satisfied with your products, in hopes that you'll be outside, finding your flow moment more often... If you aren't completed stoked this policy is for you. 

Refunds, Returns & Exchange

If you're not completely stoked about your purchase, ONE offers you a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. Unfortunately, no returns are available for an special orders or customized orders, used gear, used kayaks, closeout items, or consignment items. 

In the event of a return, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees associated with the return. 

For exchanges, regarding store credit, a different size or a different color, our staff will comp all returns required to complete the exchange. For this to be valid, the exchange must be returned within 60 days of the purchase. All returned items need to be in mint condition with the manufacturer's tags, manuals, documentation, parts and accessories. No returns will be accepted if they've been used in the outdoors. 

Kayak Returns; are extremely pricey to ship. Costs vary but can be over $500 depending on the size of the kayak and your shipping zones. Before returning kayaks, please consult our customer service department to determine the best path forward. Returned boats must be in like new condition for a full return.
